The project involved three main challenges. Economic feasibility, affected by the costs of foundations, flooring, and site structure, was addressed with an industrialized steel solution that integrated foundations, flooring, structure, and complementary systems, optimizing costs. The delivery deadline was met through process industrialization and insulated panel cladding, ensuring speed and quality control. Logistics, challenged by the volume of materials, was resolved with standardized parts for transport and erection, along with shipping control, without delays.
